lucky cat keeps a show ticking over a few times a month, sliding between indie and alt, electronic, singer-songwriter, hip-hop and world and latin without ever picking a lane. friday through sunday is when oxford street gets loud here, and you'll usually find a door charge waiting rather than a free night. alex ward keeps turning up on the bills, which feels like as good a reason as any to trust the booking.
