Six years after playing their very first chords in the historic, sweaty rooms of Collingwood's most iconic pub, Blanco Tranco are coming home. Following a seven-month hiatus from the stage and the release of their stunning debut album The Imagined Life (Honeyglider Records), the four-piece are bringing their high-energy live show back upstairs at The Tote. Audiences can expect their signature blend of introspective dream-pop haze, driving post-punk rhythms, and the raw emotional delivery of frontperson Tiff Brown.
Rounding out the brilliant lineup are Maxine Gillon, bringing a mix of '80s Australiana, art rock, and western twang reminiscent of Rowland S. Howard and Lou Reed, and Fleeting Persuasion, known for their emotive indie rock, harsh dissonance, and compelling hooks.
