GUT HEALTH ORB PUBLIC FIGURES GLYCONIC MOKTAR Plus more to be announced The Croxton Block Party returns after a hugely successful launch in 2025, and this year we're handing the reins over to the absolute superstars of the inner north, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. The Croxton Carpark will again transform into a mini festival site for the weekend, with two days of incredible music curated by Gizz, capped with a mammoth 2 1/2-hour King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard sets both Saturday and Sunday night. It's a fitting one for us. Gizz played their first ever Croxton show back in December 2015, just after we opened our doors, and they've been back eight times since — including a three-night residency in 2016, the run-up to Polygondwanaland in 2018, and their legendary Bushfire Benefit show back in 2020. We're so honoured to have the boys back for a Block Party takeover in 2026. Joining them across the weekend: Shonen Knife, Babe Rainbow, Heavy Moss, Public Figures, Orb, Gut Health, Coffin and more, plus Moktar and Stu Mackenzie's Euro Rack. Gates open 12pm. King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are partnering with climate impact agency FEAT. so that a $1 'Solar Slice' from every ticket will help fund the biodiversity restoration of Lungtalanana island, TAS. This project aims to restore the habitat of the Bass Strait wombat and long-nosed potoroo and bring these species back onto the island. This is a partnership led by the Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre and supported by WWF, GreenCollar, University of Tasmania, and FEAT. More info here.
