Somatic Vocal Practice w/ Aarti Jadu

Together with Aarti, we invite you to join us at Tender for Group somatic vocal practice. Informed by traditional + contemporary techniques from both eastern and western cultures, these sessions introduce voice as a tool to regulate and connect to our inner and outer environment. Practices are often repetitive and simple. Open to all levels of experience. No prior meditation or singing experience required. Guided by vocalist and yoga facilitator, Aarti Jadu, who will lead three Wednesday evening sessions: — Wednesday, 20th May — Wednesday, 10 June — Wednesday, 15 July 7:30 to 9:00 PM, after Aarti’s Wednesday evening Slow Flow class. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions for a more immersive experience.
