“The Next Wave” is a collaboration between Bar Open and Displaced Records which highlights the next generation of music in Naarm’s local scene. Running on the last Wednesday night of every month this is the best place to spend your midweek crash out.
Each night is curated by Gen Z label Displaced Records and boasts a lineup of young local artists, multi-genre bangers and cheap drinks.
The Next Wave is the perfect place to connect with other young local artists, enjoy live music and escape the jaws of your job’s unbearable management.
