FORMA: Don West + Jordan Rakei

Two voices at the heart of contemporary soul, Don West and Jordan Rakei, play under the city skyline to close the first season of FORMA in style on December 6. Sydney’s Don West brings his smooth sound to the stage - sailing straight out of the ‘60s in a top-down Cadillac. His honey-dipped vocals belong to a different era, but this is definitely his time. Joining him, Jordan Rakei fills the park with a lush, immersive live set shaped by soul, jazz and electronica, with Drifting Clouds and Father’s Favourite rounding out the bill. Genre-blurring and deeply musical, this is an open-air finale with warmth, precision and a whole lot of feeling.
