CARL ORR’S LONDON UNDERGROUND. After 28 eventful years in London, guitarist/ composer, Carl Orr is now residing back in Australia in the idyllic foothills of his hometown of Adelaide. Carl has performed and recorded with some of the finest musicians in the world including Billy Cobham, George Duke, Ernie Watts, Randy Brecker, Bennie Maupin, Gary Husband, Don Grusin, the Grigoryan Brothers and pop stars Roisin Murphy and Anastacia. Additionally, Carl held the guitar chair on the 2018 UK tour of Sting’s musical show “The Last Ship” . A prolific composer, Berklee-educated Carl has recorded eleven albums of original music and is featured on recordings by Billy Cobham, Damon Albarn and many others. His composition “Song of Adversity” was recently recorded by The Australian Guitar Quartet.
