Blues For Change

Blues for Change is back in 2026 with our biggest lineup yet! Aussie Blues legends Chain are back in Brisbane for the first time in decades to headline Blues for Change 26 on Saturday 10 October at The Backroom Chardon’s Corner Hotel 688 Ipswich Road Annerley. Chain will be partnered by “Perhaps Australia’s truest of true blue bluesmen” Dom Turner & The Rural Blues Project. As they come together to raise money for the Emmanuel City Mission homeless charity at Blues for Change 26. Joining them will be local Blues Sensations The Sidehustle who are bringing with them their good friend and Australian Blues Master Guitarist Tim Gaze. And rounding it all out will be Brisbane Blues & Jazz singer virtuoso Leah Cotterell and her Band The Bad Choices. Blues for Change is an annual blues music event where all proceeds from ticket & merchandise sales and sponsor profits go to the Emmanuel City Mission for the homeless. Join us for a great night of World Class Blues while helping those sleeping rough and doing it tough at the moment. Every ticket, tee shirt and stubby cooler sold helps fund the Emmanuel City Mission and its great work.
